Elkins Pointe Alumni meets President
Anand Srinivasan, Elkins Pointe alumni (10th grader at Roswell) won 1st place in the Engineering: Electrical & Mechanical Category. Anand's project from last year (9th grade) earned him a special award presented by Google. As a result of this recognition, Anand was among a select few students in the country who were invited to meet with President Barack Obama on February 6, 2012. As an 8th grader at Elkins Pointe in 2010, Anand won 1st place for EPMS and went on to win 1st place in his category at both the regional and the state science fairs.
